 How to Use:
Soak Cotton Pads in the NELLIE TIER Eye Gel and place over eyes for 10~15 minutes while the NELLIE TIER Hydrating Mask is in place. (see over page) On a daily basis gently pat around the eye area until absorbed. For maximum effectiveness, we suggest storing this Eye Gel in the fridge.
